Job Summary
This role is for a Sales Executive responsible for net new logo sales in Dewpoint. This role will require hands-on business development focused on Dewpoint’s IT services capabilities. The role focuses on selling all Dewpoint services, including but not limited to Dewpoint’s Security, Managed IT, Professional Services and Technology sales.

Key Job Responsibilities
• Overall responsibility is to identify, qualify, drive, and close new opportunities for Dewpoint services and Technology solutions.
• Collaborating with Dewpoint business development and marketing teams to identify and qualify new business leads through calls, networking, social media, and attending industry shows/events.
• Identifying and developing new business through networking, courtesy, and follow-up calls.
• Understanding client’s business needs and aligning to appropriate Dewpoint services and solutions while closely collaborating with Dewpoint presales solution architects and service delivery teams.
• Preparing and delivering prospective client presentations articulately and confidently.
• Developing and nurturing sales relationships.
• Developing effective sales plans using our sales methodology.
• Facilitate prospective client project scoping and estimating, including creating statements of work, in close collaboration with the service delivery team.
• Track, update, and manage sales pipeline in Salesforce CRM.
• Meeting sales and team targets and KPIs together with the sales team and leadership.
• Managing workload to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
• Effectively communicating progress to leadership and colleagues.
• Maintaining awareness and keeping abreast of constantly evolving technologies.
Required
• 3+ years in an IT sales executive role with consistent annual quota performance.
• Strong solution and consultative selling skills
• Experience closing new logo business.
• Demonstrated success in closing new customers with projects over $50,000 to $1,000,000+ in contract value (Holistic solutions that combine Technology, Software and Professional Services preferred).
• Strong communication skills and ability to listen, understand, and manage internal stakeholders, prospects, and 3rd party partners (e.g., Microsoft).
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Ability to travel on a modest to moderate basis, as appropriate.
• Ability to consult with clients at all organizational levels to sell solutions and/or products from Dewpoint.
• Experience developing a sales plan.

Minimum Environmental Expectations
• This position will require working indoors. A typical workweek is eight (8) hour workdays, five (5) days per week, with some weekend work and longer hours as needed.
